There are a few different scenarios that can result in your Friendship Lamp or Friendship Frame being unable to stay connected to your Wi-Fi. One common cause is just being too far from the router. You might try moving your Filimin closer to your Wi-Fi router, if it isn't already very close, and see if that makes a difference.
Something else that can cause this is other Wi-Fi devices kicking your lamp off the network. Google Chromecast and Roku are known culprits, as are some other streaming devices and smart TV's. You can try temporarily unplugging such devices to see if that allows your Filimin to stay connected. Lastly, sometimes an unstable internet connection can cause your lamp to lose connection. This is something to address with your Wi-Fi provider. If all else fails, you can connect your Friendship Lamp to another internet source or Wi-Fi hotspot instead.
